煤基产业链循环经济标准综合体初步构建研究

摘　　要：煤基产业链循环经济标准综合体构建是一项系统工程,不仅涉及到具体的煤化工技术问题,而且涉及到项目的社会经济收益问题。本文通过对煤基产业链的特点分析,结合综合标准化工作的理论与研究方法,提炼分析了煤基产业链综合标准化的要素,对煤基产业链标准综合体进行了初步构建,为复杂系统的煤基产业链循环经济标准化工作拓展了思路。The construction of standard synthesis of coalbased industry chain is a systematic engineering, not only the specific technological issues on coal chemical industry, but also some social economic returns related to this project are included. Based on the characteristics analyses about coalbased industry chain, and combining with the theories and research methods of complex standardization work. this paper analyzed some key elements in complex standardization of coal based industry chain, and constructed the standard synthesis of coalbased industry chain preliminarily, therefore the train of thought could be expanded when we try to develop the circular economy standardization of coalbased industry chain focusing on complex system.
