摘 要:利用渗流方程导出了印刷过程中油墨在可压缩纸张中渗透深度与印刷压力和印刷速度的关系,给出了可压缩纸张渗孔比(油墨在纸张中的渗透率与纸张孔隙度之比)和油墨渗透深度的计算方法。用实验方法测量了纸张在印刷过程中的油墨渗透深度,并由渗透深度测量值实现了可压缩纸张渗孔比的理论计算,利用该渗孔比可在改变印刷压力和印刷速度的条件下计算油墨在纸张中的渗透深度,计算结果与测量值相吻合,表明该计算方法可行。The relation of permeating depth of printing ink in printing on the compressible porous papers varied with the printing pressure and velocity was derived from the fluid flow equations, and the calculating method of the ratio of the ink permeability to the porosity (RPP) was given. The permeating depths of printing ink in 2 kinds of standard papers were measured by experiment. We calculated the ratios of permea- bility to porosity. Using the ratios, changing the printing pressure and printing velocity, the permeating depths of printing ink on compressible porous papers were calculated. The results showed that the calculated permeating depths of printing ink were in good agreement with the measuring permeating depths. It indicated that the calculation method is feasible, the permeating depth equation of printing ink can be used to study the permeation of printing ink on compressible porous papers and to design printing scheme.
