摘  要:运用 SDS- PAGE技术分别对 A、B、C、D四个型魏氏梭菌的菌体蛋白和细菌膜蛋白进行分析。结果在菌体蛋白图谱中 A型缺少 54.9KD蛋白条带 ,C型缺少 10 7.8KD和 36.1KD蛋白条带 ,D型缺少 10 7.8KD和 66.6KD蛋白条带。在膜蛋白图谱中仅 B型有 94 .7KD蛋白条带但缺少 51KD蛋白条带 ,C型缺少 74 .2 KD蛋白条带 ,D型缺少 31KD蛋白条带 ,但比其它 3个型多 1个 2 4 .3KD蛋白条带 ,且 38.1KD蛋白条带极弱 ,几乎看不到。由此可以利用 SDS- PAGE蛋白图谱上存在的可重复性差异 ,对魏氏梭菌进行分型鉴定。The cell proteins of different types of Cl. perfringens produce reproducible electrophoretic patterns. In the electrophoretic patterns of cell proteins Cl. perfringens type A didn't have the 54.9 KD band; type C didn't have the 107.8 KD and 36.2 KD bands and type D didn't have the 107.8 KD and 66.6 KD bands. So the electrophoretic patterns of cell proteins in polyacrylamide gel were used for the rapid identification and classification of Cl. perfringens. And the electrophoretic patterns of membrane proteins of the different Cl. perfringens were specific. In the electrophoretic patterns of membrane proteins only type B had the 94.7 KD band but didn't have the 51 KD band; type C didn't have the 74.2 KD band; only type D had the 24.3 KD band but didn't have the 31 KD band and the 38.1 KD band was faint. This method may also be used for the identification of Cl. perfringens .
