仿真技术在发动机排气歧管故障排除中的应用

摘  要:利用软件仿真技术对某新型四缸柴油机排气歧管断裂进行了研究。首先,利用AVL公司BOOST和FIRE软件,分别对发动机进行了热力学计算、排气歧管进行内外流场CFD计算,在FIRE中进行流固耦合。然后,用ABAQUS软件计算温度场和热应力,确定故障发生的原因,在此基础上提出了改进方案并使用FEMFAT软件进行了疲劳寿命分析。仿真结果表明改进方案明显提高了疲劳安全因数。The fracture of an exhaust manifold for a newly-designed 4-cylinder diesel engine was studied through the technology of simulation. Firstly by using AVL software BOOST and FIRE,parameters of the engine thermodynamics along with interior and exterior flow field of exhaust manifold were calculated by computational fluid dynamics( CFD) analysis. Then a fluid-structure coupling was proceeded in FIRE and a temperature field and thermal stress were calculated by using the software ABAQUS. The reason of failure was found out. On the basis of that,the improvement schemes were put forward and fatigue life was simulated by using the software FEMFAT. The simulation results show that the fatigue factor of safety is obviously increased by the improvement schemes.
