摘　　要：本文以广东轻工职业技术学院就业工作为例,对广东高职院校在毕业生高就业率的情况下,如何适应市场经济及教育形势的发展,提高就业质量进行经验总结和思考,提出新时期广东高职院校就业工作要职业规划指导与就业技能指导并重的策略。Taking the employment of Guangdong Industry Technical College as an example, in the case of high employment rate in Guangdong higher vocational college graduate, in order to adapt to the market economy and situation of educational development and improve the quality of employment, through experience and thought, this paper is putted forward strategy that should be guided both occupational planning guidance and employment skills guidance in the new era.
