摘  要:研究不同浓度的白酒对大鼠血清和肝组织中SOD活力、T-AOC和MDA含量的影响。将40只雄性SD大鼠随机分成高浓度组(Ⅰ组)、中浓度组(Ⅱ组)、低浓度组(Ⅲ组)、对照组(Ⅳ组)。酒精灌胃建立动物模型,8周后测定血清和肝组织中SOD活力、T-AOC和MDA含量。结果表明,与对照组比较,高、中浓度白酒能使大鼠血清和肝组织中的SOD活力及T-AOC降低,MDA含量升高;低浓度白酒能使大鼠血清和肝组织中SOD活力及T-AOC升高,MDA含量降低;低浓度白酒对机体有一定的抗氧化和抗衰老作用;机体对酒的反应与用量有关,饮用少量对机体有积极作用。The effects of different doses of liquor on SOD activity,T-AOC and MDA content in rats serum and liver tissues were investigated. 40 healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into high alcohol group ( I group), middle alcohol group ( II group), low alcohol group (III group) and control group (IV group). Rats model was then created by gastric feeding of liquor. After 8 weeks, the content of T-AOC and MDA and SOD activity in rats serum and liver tissues were detected. The results suggested that, compared with the control group, SOD activity and T-AOC con- tent reduced in high alcohol group and in middle alcohol group, and increased in low alcohol group, besides, MDA content increased in high alco- hol group and in middle alcohol group, and decreased in low alcohol group. Accordingly, low alcohol of liquor has certain antioxidant and an- ti-aging effects on the body, body reaction is closely related to drinking amount, and proper drinking is good for the health.
