图书馆员隐性知识能力评价指标体系构建

摘　　要：图书馆员的隐性知识能力主要取决于图书馆员所拥有的隐性知识存量,对图书馆员隐性知识能力的评价可以通过对图书馆员的隐性知识存量的测度来进行。基于隐性知识的5个构成要素的观点,可将图书馆员隐性知识能力测评的指标体系设置为5个一级指标,5个一级指标又可分解和细化为18个二级指标。Librarians＇ tacit knowledge capability mainly depends on librarians＇ tacit knowledge accumulation. Librarians＇ tacit knowledge capability can evaluated by measuring librarians＇ tacit knowledge accumulation. Based on the viewpoint on tacit knowledge ＇ s five elements, the evaluation index system of librarians＇ tacit knowledge capa- bility is composed by five indexes which ~e subdivided into eighteen indexes.
