摘  要:采用微波消解法处理大米样品、石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定大米中镉的含量。此方法的线性范围为0~100.0ng/mL(R=0.9993),加标回收率为97.78%~100.29%,RSD为0.35%-3.37%(n=6)。该方法取样量少、准确度和精密度高,可作为检测大米中镉含量的方法,为食品安全提供可靠的测定技术保障。Rice samples were dealt with microwave digestion,then cadmium's content were determined by graphite furnace-atomic absorption spectrometry.The linear range of cadmium's absorption spectrometry was 0.0-100.0 ng/mL (R=0.999 3).The adding standard recovery was 97.78 %-100.29 %. The RSD was 0.35 %-3.37 % (n=6).This method in which sampling quantity was little, degree of accurancy and degree of precision were high, can be used for detection of cadmium in rice and provided reliable technical support for food safety.
