摘　　要：针对城市建设的快速发展,城市垃圾也逐渐增多,渣土车在清运过程中超速行驶所带来的恶劣影响,本文采用B/S三层架构,基于ASP.NET的Web开发,设计并实现一个渣土车管理系统举报平台。并对举报平台的关键技术、系统架构、数据库设计等进行论述,最后给出系统平台的模块实现。该系统平台已应用于某市渣土车管理中,解决了渣土车违章信息反映不及时,处理责任不明确的问题。With the rapid development of urbanconstruction, more garbage is being produced. And the garbage-carrying trucks often make serious damages when they overspeed. The author has designed areport-platform in a management system by employing B/S 3--layers structure, basedon ASP. NET of the Web development ;meanwhile the author gives a detaileddescription on the key techs, systemic structure, and data-design, etc. In the concluding part, it comes to the module realization. The system has been applied in a city＇s management of the garage-carrying trucks, has solved many problems such as slow feedback of the information of the trucks＇ breaking traffic-regulations, vogue responsibilities,etc.
