摘 要:为扩大云台摄像机的监控范围,利用步进电机控制云台转动来带动摄像机旋转,针对软件控制法产生步进电机控制脉冲占用大量CPU时间的缺点,提出了利用脉冲分配器PMM8713和单片机的硬件控制方法,实现了步进电机的正反转控制和加减速控制,并可靠地实现了云台摄像机的运动控制。经过仿真实验表明,该系统采用模块化设计,结构简单可靠,使摄像机所能监控的范围更大、距离更远、更清楚。To expand the range of PTZ camera monitoring, stepping motor is often used for controlling PTZ rotation to drive the camera rotation. The stepper motor control pulse that created by software control method takes up a lot of CPU time, and the defect is obvious. The way of hardware control methods that using pulse distributor PMM8713 and SCM is proposed in the paper. The stepping motor~ reversing control and the control of its acceleration and deceleration is achieved with SCM as well as the motion control of PTZ camera. The simulation experiment shows that it is a modular design, the structure is simple and reliable, the camera can monitor a wi- der range, farther and more clearly.
