摘 要:农村代课教师是在社会转型和经济体制改革时期形成的教育群体,作为教育弱势群体的一部分,在社会资源重组过程中权益受到严重损害,因此面临着迫切的利益诉求和维护。所以应在明确代课教师的利益诉求、利益表达机制存在的问题的基础上,通过完善现有利益表达渠道、扩宽新的表达途径、完善相关法律支持和行政监督,努力健全农村代课教师的利益诉求机制,以达到维护农村代课教师的合理权益,真正实现教育公平和正义的目的。Substitute teachers in rural areas are education groups formed in the period of the social transformation and economic reform. As part of the vulnerable groups of education, their interests in the restructuring process of social resources are severely damaged, facing urgent interest demands and maintains. Therefore, in order to maintain reasonable interests of substitute teachers in rural areas and realize educational equity and justice, on the basis of defining the substitute teachers' interest demands and problems in interest expression mechanism, we must strive to improve the mechanism of the rural substitute teachers' interests demand , through the improvement of the existing channels of expression of interest, widening the new ways of expression, improving relevant legal support and administrative supervision.
