高职顶岗实习生学习行为分析——以酒店管理专业为例

摘  要:依据动机的自我决定理论和认知学徒制模式,对顶岗实习生学习行为的调查,进而分析影响实习生学习行为的因素为个人因素即自身的学习策略、动机和情感,社会环境因素即指导教师/帮带师傅的指导和工作任务。从而得出结论,如果要提高高职顶岗实习生的学习效能,首先学生必须提高内在动机,其次学校和企业应重视认知学徒制教学模式的应用,并且提供多样化的工作任务。Based on the theory of Self-determination and cognitive apprenticeship model, the learning behaviors of students were investigated and analyzed. The factors influencing their behaviors are individual factors,i.e., their own learning strategies, motivation and emotion; social factors: instruction and guidance from tutors, as well as working tasks. Conclusions have been drawn. If the students learning efficacy is to be improved, the internal motivation of the students should be raised firstly; and the colleges and enterprises should attach more importance to application of cognitive-apprenticeship model and provide versatile working tasks.
