论大学场域权力冲突的权利转向

摘　　要：我国大学始终面临场域内外行政权力的双重规训,自由、自治的大学理念尚未成熟,并未形成自治文化的历史传统。受权力本位的文化、制度和认知心理惯习的影响,大学场域的权力格局长期处于"强行政、弱学术"的畸形状态,学术本位的原初权力结构遭受强制与倒置。鉴于此,为实现权力与权利的统一,切实保障学术权利,权力对抗的思维与行为方式亟待改变,须以权利制约权力的方式实现权力冲突的权利转向。University in china is facing dual discipline of executive powers inside and outside. University idea such as freedom and autonomy is still immature, and the tradition of autonomy culture hasn＇ t been formed. Affected by power-based culture, institution and cognition, the power structure of university field is in a deformed state. The original power structure which is academy-based is enforced and inverted. In view of the current situation, in order to achieve reunification of power and right and ensuring academic right earnestly, the thinking and behavior methods of power confrontation must be changed. We should take a method of right restricting power so as to achieve the goal of protecting rights.
