摘　　要：大学生社团的育人作用大多以潜隐的形式存在,解读最近发展区理论与隐性教育观念的融通性,增强了从"最近发展区"视角看高校社团隐性育人功能的可信性和可行性。实证分析社团成员的"思想潜在发展水平"、"能力潜在发展水平"和"情感潜在发展水平"及其实现方法,明晰高校社团隐性育人功能的主要观测点,揭示社团成员"潜在发展水平"的实现策略。The education of college students＇ associations functions implicitly. The paper interprets the combination of zone of proximal development and implicit edueational concepts, strengthens the credibility and feasibility, makes an empirical analysis of association members＇ ideological, ability and emotional lev-els of potential development, elaborates the educational reflections of college associations and suggests the approach to associations members＇ potential development.
