摘　　要：新形势下我国高职院校教育事业发展突飞猛进,在管理理念拔高、教育质量水平提升、学生培养模式日渐健全的大好背景下,院校的学生教育管理工作依然面临多重问题、多样矛盾。而如何趋利避害,在21世纪以专业人才培养创新作为主流竞争力的环境下,了解症候、提出举措、实施对策,将高职院校的学生管理工作水平提升到更高层面、更深水准是亟待思考的。With the rapid development of vocational education, educational quality and model progress greatly. However, various problems still exist in student management. To solve the problems and meet the requirements of talents training and competitiveness, it is of great urgency to find out the reasons, sug-gest some countermeasures and enhance student management.
