摘　　要：高职铁道交通运营管理专业工学结合的人才培养模式支持系统要素短缺,在借鉴国外工学结合人才培养模式的支持系统上,构建基于我国国情的高职铁道交通运营管理专业工学结合人才培养模式的支持系统。本研究以武汉铁路职业技术学院为例,探讨了高职铁道交通运营管理专业工学结合人才培养模式支持系统。Talents training of railway operation management .specialty in higher vocational colleges is lack of strong supporting elements, so it is of great significance to construct a complete supporting mechanism for talents training according to current situation in China. This essay takes Wuhan railway vocational college of technology as the study case, studies the construction of the supporting mechanism for talents training of railway operation man- agement specialty in higher vocational colleges.
