E-cadherin、Ezrin和ICAM-1蛋白在贲门癌组织中的表达

摘　　要：目的探讨E-钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)、埃兹蛋白(Ezrin)和细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)蛋白表达及临床病理意义。方法选择贲门癌组织标本60例和癌旁正常组织标本30例,采用免疫组织化学方法进行E-cadherin、Ezrin和ICAM-1检测,分析其表达与贲门癌相关临床病理参数的关系。结果 1)E-cadherin在贲门癌组织中表达阳性率为48.33%,低于癌旁正常组织的90.00%(P<0.05);Ezrin在贲门癌组织中表达阳性率为63.33%,高于癌旁正常组织的23.33%(P<0.05);ICAM-1在贲门癌组织中表达阳性率为75.00%,高于癌旁正常组织的33.33%(P<0.05);2)E-cadherin、Ezrin和ICAM-1蛋白的表达均与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移、分化程度、pTNM分期有关(P<0.05);3)贲门癌组织中E-cadherin与Ezrin、ICAM-1的表达呈负相关(r=-0.302、-0.354,P<0.05),贲门癌组织中Ezrin与ICAM-1的表达呈正相关(r=0.359,P<0.05)。结论 E-cadherin、Ezrin和ICAM-1与贲门癌的发生发展有密切关系,有可能作为贲门癌早期诊断、预测肿瘤转移及预后的重要指标。Objective To investigate the expressions of E-cadherin, Ezrin and intercellular adhesion molecule-1 （ICAM-1） in gastric cardiac cancer tissue and their clinicopathological significance. Methods The expressions of E-cadherin, Ezrin and ICAM-1 were detected by immunohistochemical technique in the 60 samples of gastric cardiac cancer tissue and 30 samples of pericancerous normal tissue, and its association with clinicopathological characteris- tics was analyzed. Results 1 ） The expression rate of E-cadherin in the gastric cardia carcinoma tissue was signifi- cantly lower than that in the adjacent normal tissue （48.33% vs 90.00% ,P 〈0.05） ; the expression rate of Ezrin in the gastric cardiac carcinoma tissue was significantly higher than that in the adjacent normal tissue （63.33% vs 23.33% ,P 〈0.05） ; the expression rate of ICAM-1 in the gastric cardiac carcinoma tissue was significantly higher than that in the adjacent normal tissue （75.00% vs 33.33% ,P 〈 0.05） ; 2） The expressions of E-cadherin,Ezrin and ICAM-1 were significantly correlated with depth of tumor invasion, lymph node metastasis, differentiation and pTNM stages （P 〈 0.05） ; 3 ） The expression of E-cadherin was negatively related with Ezrin and ICAM-1 （ r = - 0. 302, - 0. 354 ; P 〈 0.05） ; the expression of Ezrin was positively related with ICAM-1 （ r = 0. 359, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion E-cadherin,Ezrin and ICAM-I are closely associated with the canceration and development of gastric cardiac cancer,indicating that their expression may be used as a valuable index for monitoring tumor early diagno- sis, predicting metastasis and prognostic conditions.
