培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗复发性肺腺癌临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗复发性肺腺癌的疗效和毒副反应。方法 30例经病理学或细胞学确诊的复发性肺腺癌患者采用培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗,完成2个周期后评价近期疗效、毒副反应。结果全组有效率为33.3%,疾病控制率为70.0%。毒副反应主要是骨髓抑制、乏力、胃肠道反应等。结论培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗复发性肺腺癌疗效确切,毒副反应较轻,患者耐受性较好。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and toxicities of pemetrexed combined with cisplatin in the treatment of recurrent lung adenocarcinoma. Methods Thirty patients with recurrent lung adenocarcinoma diag- nosed by pathology or cytology were treated with pemetrexed and cisplatin. Each patient received more than 2 cycles of chemotherapy. The short term efficacy and toxicities were evaluated after chemotherapy. Results The response rate was 33.3% ,the disease control rate was 70.0%. The main toxicities were myelosuppression,lassitude and gas- trointestinal reaction. Conclusion Pemetrexed combined with cisplatin were effective, and the toxicities can be tol- erated.
