养正消积胶囊对恶性肿瘤放疗减毒作用的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察放疗联合养正消积胶囊对恶性肿瘤患者放疗后毒副反应的临床疗效。方法采用随机数字分组法将400例恶性肿瘤患者分为观察组与对照组,每组200例。观察组采用单纯放疗(适形调强放疗或三维适形放疗),另加服养正消积胶囊;对照组单纯放疗,方法同观察组。治疗2疗程后评价疗效和毒副反应。结果观察组客观有效率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);放疗相关毒副反应(胃肠道反应、肝功能损伤及骨髓抑制)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的生活质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论养正消积胶囊联合放疗治疗恶性肿瘤具有明显的减毒及改善生活质量的作用。Objective To evaluate the effect of yangzhengxiaoji capsule combined with radiotherapy on patients with cancer. Methods All the 400 patients with cancer were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the admission order. The 200 patients of the treatment group received yangzhengxiaoji capsule com- bined witb radiotherapy. The other 200 patients of the control group only received radiotherapy. The efficacy and toxicities of the two groups were compared after two cycles of treatment. Results The objective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The occurrence rate of gastrointestinal reaction, liver dysfunction and bone marrow suppression in the treatment group were lower than those of the control group （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The quality of life in the treatment group was better than that in the control group （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Yangzhengxiaoji capsule combined with radiotherapy on patients with cancer has the significant role for attenuation and improving the quality of life.
