摘　　要：地方高校大学生党建与就业工作联动机制,首先要解决的是认识问题,即大学生党建与就业工作联动可不可行;其次是理念问题,即地方高校党建与就业工作联动机制对二者工作能否起到促进和提升作用;第三是联动机制怎么操作,即地方高校党建与就业工作联动机制可行的途径,在本文,笔者试图一一回答,实践中也是按照这个思路在不断探索。As solve is unde to local college students party construction and employment linkage mechanism, the first thing to rstanding the problem, namely the university student party construction work and employment link- age are not feasible. The second is conceptual problem, namely the joint working party construction in local col- leges and employment mechanism of the work can promote and improve how to operate. The third is the linkage mechanism, namely the joint working party construction in local colleges and employment mechanism are feasible way. In this article, the author answers them one by one, according to this train of thought in continuous explora -tion in practice.
