氢氧化钙碘仿奥硝唑糊剂治疗难治性根尖周炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨氢氧化钙碘仿奥硝唑糊剂治疗难治性根尖周炎的疗效。方法将符合难治性根尖周炎患者127例随机分为两组,治疗组64例,对照组63例,分别用氢氧化钙碘仿奥硝唑糊剂和樟脑酚行根管封药,再根据疗效标准进行分析。结果治疗组有效率93.75%,对照组有效率76.19%,两组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论氢氧化钙碘仿奥硝唑糊剂治疗难治性根尖周炎是一种行之有效、简单、安全的好方法。Objective To investigate the efficacy of calcium hydroxide iodoform ornidazole paste on the treatment of refractory periapical periodontitis. Methods Patients （ n = 127 ） with refractory periapical periodontitis were divided into the treatment group（ n = 64） and the control group（63 ）randomly. The root canal was sealed by using calcium hydroxide iodoform ornidazole paste and the camphophenique respectively, and analysethe effects according to the efficaoy standard. Results The effective rate of treatment group （93.75%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（76.19% ） （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions The treatment of calcium hydroxide iodoform ornidazole paste on refractory periapical periodontitis is an effective, simple and safe proccess.
