扩大针改良纸塑包装灭菌在基层医院口腔科的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨扩大针盒装改为独立纸塑包装灭菌在基层医院口腔科的临床应用效果。方法把(15#至40#)6个型号、(21 mm或25 mm)同长度的根管扩大针每三个组成一小组,对位放置进行独立纸塑包装后灭菌使用,并与盒装扩大针进行成本核算和优缺点比较。结果纸塑包装的灭菌效果、保存时间及完好率优于盒装,采用纸塑包装可以节约成本34.6%。结论使用纸塑包装具有灭菌效果良好,有效期长,延长扩大针使用寿命和尖锐度,便于医生操作,降低成本等优点,值得在基层医院口腔科推广和使用。Objective To explore the effect of clinical application thatenlarge needlebox into an independent packaging for sterilization in the department of stomatology inprimaryhospital. Methods Three enlarge needles （15# to 40#） at the same length were put together at counterpointed into independent paper- plastic packaging for sterilization. Counting the cost and comparing the advantages and disadvantages with the boxed expansion needle. Results The effect of sterilization, save time, and intacting rate of paper-plastic packaging method were preceded those of boxed method, and saving the cost at 34.6%. Condtltsions The paper packaging method could help to improve the sterilization effects, lengthen the effective period and working life of enlarge needle ,keep the sharpness, it＇s convenient for doctors to operate, so it is worth popularizing and using in the department of stomatology in primary hospital
