摘　　要：为发展我国的秘书学教育,培育适合社会发展与就业市场需求的高层次秘书人才,解决学校教育与就业市场实际需求的脱节问题,必须认真思索秘书职业教育体系的设计和教育教学实践的改革。在对现有专科和本科层次秘书人才培养方式进行批判继承的基础上,顺应秘书职业化的当代趋势,在高校新设独立本科秘书学专业教育教学的实践中融入职业化的特点,注重职业思维的养成,在办学中开展"知识+技能+思维"的创造性秘书学教学实践。For the development of secretarial science education in our country, cultivate high level secretary talents who suit the social development and market demand, solve the problem of disconnection between school education and the actual market demand, we must carefully consider how to design the secretary of vocational education system and the reform of the teaching practice. Towards the existing teaching methods, we must inherit it in a critical way. As the professionalization of secretary becomes a trend today, the secretary study and teaching in colleges and universities must be more professional, pay attention to the form of professional thinking, and integrate ＂Knowledge Ability and Thinking＂ creative teaching method into instructional activity.
