摘　　要：目的:探讨角膜铁锈异物的治疗及护理。方法:对72例角膜铁锈异物并感染的患者采用裂隙灯下手术剔除异物,术前左氧氟沙星滴眼液冲洗结膜囊,术毕0.5%活力碘烧灼感染创面,再次使用左氧氟沙星滴眼液冲洗结膜囊进行抗感染治疗,严格无菌操作。结果:72例患者均在短期内痊愈,无继发感染及角膜穿孔发生。结论:采用裂隙灯下操作手术损伤范围小,利于创面愈合,抗感染治疗控制了炎症扩散,促进康复。同时加强健康教育,增强安全意识,可降低角膜异物的发生。Objective：To explore the treatment and nursing of corneal rust foreign body. Method： Slit lamp op- eration were used to remove foreign bodies in 72 patients with corneal rust foreign body and infection. The conjune-tival sac was rinsed with levofloxacin eye drops before operation. 0. 5% povidone iodine was used to cauterize wound infection after operation. The ievofloxaein eye drops were again used to rinse conjunetival sac for the treat-ment of infections,strict aseptic operation was performed. Result：72 cases were cured in short term, no secondary infection and corneal perforation occurred. Conclusion： Operation using slit lamp operation can only result a small range of surgical injury, which can contribute wound healing. Anti-infection treatment can control inflammation and promote recovery. At the same time, strengthen health education and enhance safety consciousness can reduce the occurrence of corneal foreign body.
