新建专业的专业建设与人才培养模式构建——以日语专业为例

摘　　要：目前中日交流不断扩大,为满足对日人才需求,国内开办日语专业的高校迅速增加。这些新建的日语专业在专业定位,人才培养模式,教师队伍建设等方面都面临着一些亟待解决的问题,通过对这些问题的分析,探讨了新建日语专业在专业建设及人才培养模式方面的措施。Nowadays the communication between China and Japan is being expanded, so in order to satisfy the demand for talents, more and more colleges and universities in China offer Japanese specialties. The new spe- cialties are faced with some problems to be solved in orientation, training mode, and construction of teaching staff and so on. Through the analysis of these problems, this paper explores measures in specialty construction and talents training mode.
