摘 要:以某轻卡驾驶室为研究对象进行自由模态试验,建立有限元模型并进行了有限元模态分析。通过模态实验结果和模态计算结果对比验证模型准确性。为避开发动机怠速激励频率,避免共振,以驾驶室部分板件厚度作为设计变量,通过尺寸优化提高驾驶室一阶模态频率。With the BIW of a cab taken as research object, the modal test was set up. The finite element model was built, the modal analysis in freedom state was reckoned with this model. The modal is confirmed accurate through the comparison between modal test and modal calculation. In order to avoid coupling with the frequency of engine idling, the frequency of first order is raised through size optimization with the plate thickness of the driver's cab as design variant.
