摘　　要：当下,培养高技能人才和高素质劳动者是职业教育着力发展的方向。思想政治理论课作为培养高素质技能型人才不可或缺的课程,应该通过更新教学理念,整合教学内容,改革教学方式等来培养学生树立正确的就业观以促进高职生顺利就业,凸显思想政治理论课教学为高职教育服务的教学宗旨。At present,training high-skilled and high-quality talents is the direction of development that the vocational education focuses on.As an indispensable course to cultivate high-quality skilled talents,the ideological and political theory classes should promote the employment of vocational college students by updating the teaching idea,combining the teaching content,reforming the teaching methods.Only in this way,can we establish the correct development view,and highlight the purpose of ideological and political theory class that it should make contributions to the vocational education.
