摘　　要：唇腭裂的治疗模式从单纯手术治疗发展为序列治疗,克服了以往治疗上的单纯技术主义观点,将唇腭裂患者还原为一个整体的人、一个社会的人,强调了心理和社会因素在疾病形成和治疗过程中的巨大作用,体现了新的医学模式在治疗身心疾患方面的优势,是其在口腔颌面外科领域的成功实践。科室整合是唇腭裂序列治疗得以顺利开展的物质基础,但是由于固有的医疗资源配置惯性难以改变,具体实施起来面临困难;通过充分挖掘科室内部潜力,进行医务人员一专多能的培养,有助于在唇腭裂治疗领域探索出一条适合我国国情的医学整合之路。The transform of treatment model of cleft lip and palate from operation alone to team approach, which has restored cleft lip and palate patients to persons of completeness and society by overcoming the point of view of technicality, stresses the importance of social and psychological factors on the etiology and treatment of disease. The bio--psycho--so- cial medical model has showed great advantage on treatment of physical and mental illness. The integrity of departments is the material basis of successful treatment of cleft lip and palate, but it is difficult to come true because of the original medical treatment allocation of resources. It is helpful to solve the medical integrity problem by training medical personnel with master many skills while specializing in one.
