腹腔镜右半结肠癌根治术65例临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜下行右半结肠癌根治性切除术的可行性及安全性。方法分析我院2009年4月—2012年12月65例行腹腔镜右半结肠癌根治性切除术(腹腔镜组)的临床资料,并与同期56例开腹手术(开腹组)进行比较。结果两组均成功实施手术,无严重的手术并发症。腹腔镜组切口长度、术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间均优于开腹组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论腹腔镜右半结肠癌根治性切除术是安全有效的。Objective To explore the feasibility and safety of laparoscopic right hemicolectomy in treatment of colon carcinoma. Methods Clinical data of 65 patients with laparoscopic right hemicolectomy （group A） during April 2009 and December 2012 in our hospital was analyzed and compared with 56 patients underwent abdomen surgery （ group B） at the same time. Results Patients in the two groups were successfully performed surgery without severe complications. Incision length, intraoperative blood loss and postoperative evacuating time in the two groups showed significant differences （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Laparoscopic right hemicolectomy in treatment of colon carcinoma is safe and effective.
