精索钙化性纤维性肿瘤一例并文献复习

摘　　要：目的探讨精索钙化性纤维性肿瘤(calcifying fibrous tumor,CFT)的临床及病理组织学特征。方法在光镜下对原发于精索的1例CFT进行组织结构、成分分析及诊断,同时复习相关文献。结果镜下肿瘤界限清楚,无包膜,由大量的胶原纤维组织构成,肿瘤细胞稀少,其内散在分布钙化或沙砾体。病变周边常见淋巴细胞、浆细胞浸润,可有淋巴滤泡形成。结论 CFT是一种少见的良性纤维性病变,对其充分认识才能正确诊治。Objective To explore the clinicopathologic features of calcifying fibrous tumors （CFT） in the spermatic cord. Methods Tissue structures and component analysis of a patient with primary CFT in the spermatic cord were analyzed under microscopy and diagnosed, and related literature was also reviewed. Results The tumor without envelope had clear lines, which consisted of a large of collagen fiber tissue and exiguous tumor cell as well as diffused distribution calcification or psammoma body. Lymphocytes and plasmacytes often infiltrated in the lesion periphery, and folliculus lymphaticus formed. Conclusion CFT is a rare benign fibrotic lesion, and clinicians may make correct diagnosis and therapy based on enough understanding.
