摘　　要：概述了知识管理的基本内涵;剖析了宝钢集团有限公司知识管理的有效经验;从制度建设、机制建设和文化建设等六个方面,探讨了企业知识管理的实现途径。In this paper, the basic intension of knowledge management is outlined, the effective experi ence of knowledge management from Baoshan Iron and Steel （Group） Company is analyzed, and the ways of realizing enterprise＇s knowledge management are discussed from system construction, incentive con- struction and culture construction, etc.
