摘　　要：介绍人力资源管理系统的总体目标和系统设计原则,提出系统体系结构设计的解决方案,以模块划分的方式对于系统功能及系统特点进行探讨,并对系统在企业的实施提出了建议。This paper introduces HRMS system design goals and general design princlptes, system architecture design of proposed solutions and ways to divide the module for the system functions and sys- tem characteristics were discussed. Finally the suggestion is proposed about the software implementation in the enterprise.
