摘 要:目的:调查南通市长途客运驾驶员的知觉品质特征,为长途客运驾驶员心理选拔标准的制定及对准驾驶员的有针对性训练提供理论参考依据。方法:以南通市汽运公司长途客运驾驶员410例和普通驾驶员80例为被试对象。采用EP503A型深度知觉测试仪、EP507型空间知觉测试仪和LJ9101型速度估计检测仪进行测试。数据采用SPSS16.0进行统计分析。结果:(1)不同年龄段的长途客运驾驶员在深度知觉上存在显著差异(P<0.05),中年驾驶员的深度知觉最好;(2)不同驾龄的驾驶员,以及事故倾向驾驶员与安全驾驶员的知觉品质均不存在显著差异;(3)长途客运驾驶员的深度知觉和速度估计能力优于普通驾驶员。结论:深度知觉和速度估计可以作为长途客运驾驶员的选拔指标。Objective:In order to explore the characteristics of perceptual quality of long-distance bus drivers and to provide theoretical evidence and practical evidence for selecting and training long-distance bus drivers. Methods: 410long-distance bus drivers were chosen as subjects from Nantong Flying Crane Co. Ltd Nantong Automobile Transportation Co. Ltd, and all subjects were given perceptual quality test. Results:(1) The depth peception of drivers in different ages varied obviously(P0.05), and drivers in middle age worked best.(2) Drivers' perceptual quality in working years did not differ significantly, and perceptual quality did not differ significantly by comparing the difference with accident the safety drivers.(3) The type of speed anticipation and depth peception of long-distance bus drivers was better than that of car drivers. Conclusion: Speed anticipation and depth peception could be used as psychological mental ability evaluation for selecting and training long-distance bus drivers.
