摘　　要：目的研究生存素基因SNP多态性与膀胱癌之间的相关性。方法对我院泌尿外科收治的50例膀胱癌患者和选取的30例对照组患者进行生存素基因扩增和测序,分析研究不同的等位基因分布情况与膀胱癌之间的相关性。结果生存素基因在50例膀胱癌患者中的阳性表达为90%(45例),而对照组中仅有1例出现生存素基因阳性,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对生存素基因的测序分析表明,出现4类SNP多态性基因,第A、B类型等位基因与膀胱癌患者的肿瘤浸润程度、病理分级和复发情况密切相关(P<0.05)。结论膀胱癌患者的生存素基因具有高表达的特征,共发现了4种类型的生存素基因SNP多态性位点,并且不同的等位基因类型与肿瘤的发生、发展具有相关性。Objective To analyze the association between SNP of survivin gene and pancreatic cancer.Methods PCR method and sequence for the SNP of survivin gene among 50 pancreatic cancer patients and 30 health controls were conducted.The relationship between different allele status situation and pancreatic cancer were analyzed.Results The positive rate of survivin gene in 50 pancreatic cancer patients was 90%,while only one case showed positive of survivin gene in control group.There was significant between the two groups（P0.05）.For the sequence of survivin gene,the results showed polymorphisms of four SNPs.The type A and type B genes showed associated with tumor infiltrating degree,pathology grade and relapse（P0.05）.Conclusion The survivin gene shows high expression with pancreatic cancer,and polymorphisms of four SNPs which is associated with tumor infiltrating degree,pathology grade and relapse is found.
