摘　　要：目的探讨EB病毒抗体检测在儿童EB病毒感染相关神经系统疾病中的诊断及治疗价值。方法选择我院小儿神经内科住院治疗患儿32例,采用免疫捕获法对其检测抗VCA-IgM/IgG抗体、抗EA-IgG抗体及抗NA-IgG抗体。结果 32例患儿中,抗EBV-VCA-IgM阳性20例(占62.5%),抗EBV-VCA-IgM阴性12例(占37.5%)。均给予更昔洛韦治疗,效果显著。结论 EBV 4种抗体检测能为临床准确地判断EBV感染的时期提供信息,提高EBV感染相关疾病诊断的敏感性,为治疗提供依据。Objective To investigate the value of epstein-barr virus antibody for diagnosing and treating nervous system disease in children.Methods EBV-VCA-IgM/IgG,and EBV-EA-IgG,EBV-NA-IgG and total antibody in serum of 32 patients in our department were detected using Immune capture method.Results 20 patients got EBVVCA-IgM positive（62.5%）,12 patients got EBV-VCA-IgM negative（37.5%）.All patients were given ganciclovir treatment,the effect was remarkable.Conclusion The four antibodies could add more information to identify the stage of EBV infection so as to increase sensitivity in diagnosing and treating the disease infected by EBV.
