摘　　要：目的探讨易瑞沙治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的效果。方法将我院2009年6月至2010年6月收治的60例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为2组。对照组30例给予常规含铂双药化疗方案治疗;观察组30例给予易瑞沙进行治疗。观察两组的疗效和不良反应、生存期。结果两组治疗效果和随访2年生存率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论易瑞沙治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床疗效较好,且不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of iressa on advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 60patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer in our hospital from June 2009 to June 2010 were randomly divided into 2 groups,control group（n=30） was given conventional double-agent chemotherapy regimen（contained platinum）,observation group（n=30） was treated with iressa.The efficacy,adverse reactions and survival time of the patients were observed.Results There was no significant difference in efficacy and survival rate of 2 years follow-up between the 2groups（P0.05）,the incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that of control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion The effect of iressa on advanced non-small cell lung cancer is good with little adverse reaction,it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
