CD68在胃癌组织中表达的意义

摘　　要：目的探讨肿瘤相关巨噬细胞标志物CD68在胃癌组织中表达的意义。方法采用免疫组化染色法检测CD68在56例术后胃癌患者组织中的表达,比较肿瘤相关巨噬细胞在不同病理分期、不同分化类型以及有无区域淋巴结转移的胃癌组织中浸润的差异。结果 56例胃癌组织切片中均见CD68表达,巨噬细胞浸润的范围为23～154/HP;CD68在Ⅰ期胃癌组织表达的密度为(31.53±3.26)/HP,在Ⅱ期的密度为(44.97±6.53)/HP,Ⅲ期的密度为(75.66±13.71)/HP,Ⅳ期的密度为(127.00±12.62)/HP,不同分期胃癌组织中CD68密度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CD68在无淋巴结转移组中的密度为(38.36±7.87)/HP,有淋巴结转移组的密度为(82.79±25.99)/HP,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),CD68在高分化腺癌的密度为(39.05±9.68)/HP,中分化腺癌的密度为(48.23±13.43)/HP,低分化腺癌的密度为(87.73±25.21)/HP;低分化癌的CD68密度与中分化及高分化癌的CD68密度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),高分化癌与中分化癌比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论随着胃癌的进展,肿瘤相关巨噬细胞在胃癌组织中的浸润密度也随之增加,CD68在胃癌组织中阳性表达是胃癌预后不良的重要因素。Objective To explore the significance of CD68expression in gastric cancer tissues.Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect CD68in 56cases of postoperative tissues samples from patients with gastric cancer.Tumor associated macrophages（TAM）was compared between different pathological stages,different types of differentiation and regional lymph node metastasis of gastric carcinoma.Results All of the 56cases of tissue sections were positive with CD68expression.The macrophage infiltration density was 23-154cells/HP.Infiltration density of TAM in stageⅠwas（31.53±3.26）cells/HP,in stageⅡ was（44.97±6.53）cells/HP,in stageⅢwas（75.66±13.71）cells/HP and in stageⅣwas（127.00±12.62）cells/HP.There was obvious difference between the four groups（P0.05）.Density of CD68in group without lymph node metastasis was（38.36±7.87）cells/HP,and in group with lymph node metastasis was（82.79±25.99）cells/HP.There was obvious difference between the two groups（P0.05）.The density of CD68in differentiated adenocarcinoma was（39.05±9.68）cells/HP,in moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma was（48.23±13.43）cells/HP,in poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma was（87.73±25.21）cells/HP,and there was obvious difference between poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma group and the other two groups（P0.05）,while there was no significant difference between differentiated adenocarcinoma group and moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma group（P0.05）.Conclusion Infiltration density of TAM in gastric cancer tissues might be increased with the progression of gastric cancer,and CD68expression in gastric cancer tissue could be an important factor for gastric cancer prognosis.
