摘　　要：该文从求职规划视角，归纳分析高职高专学生求职规划过程存在的意识淡漠、择业观念落后、自我认知偏差、求职好高骛远、功利短视投机倾向严重等问题，探析问题背后的真实原因，探索提升学生求职规划质量、促进学生成功求职的建议和措施。The paper, prom the perspective of career planning view, analyzes the problems in the higher vocational college students＂ career planning that they lack awareness of making career plan, still keep the old - fashioned idea of choosing a job, dont have a correct self- cognition, aim to high and only look at the recent history, etc. After analyzing the problems and the causes, suggestions anti measures are provided to improve the students＂ career plan- ning qulity and help them apply for jobs successfully.
