摘 要:本文立足于机械专业人才培养的实际需要,构建面向校企双赢的"实战型"人才培养模式,该模式特点在于通过校企人员和资源共享,构建以机械设计竞赛为核心的校内外实战培养体系;其优势在于能让机械专业学生实现三个"零距离"接触、让高校教师实现三个"本质性"转变,让企业得到三个"实质性"实惠;文章重点探讨了以学科竞赛为主线的"实战型"人才培养模式的实施办法和保障性条件建设,并期望在此基础上促使企业融入到机械人才培养的各个环节,形成校企双赢的长效合作机制。This paper, based on the actual need for mechanical professional talent training, tries to construct an "Actual Combat" talent training mode for the win-win of colleges and enterprises. The mode is characterized by the sharing of personnel and resources to construct the mechanical design competition as the core of the internal and external combat training system. The mode can make the mechanical students achieve three "zero distance" contacts, let teachers realize three "essential" changes, and make enterprises get three "substantive" benefits. The paper focuses on the imple- mentation of the "Actual Combat" talent cultivation mode and protection measures with subject com- petitions as the main line, in hope of getting enterprises into various links of mechanical talent train- ing, and forming a long-term cooperation mechanism on a win-win basis for colleges and enterprises.
