高寒山地边境地区车辆装备保障力量布局研究

摘　　要：阐述深化装备保障体制改革的目标和要求，分析现行保障体制下高寒山地边境地区车辆装备保障存在的不足，提出以车辆装备区域化保障模式为基础，根据地理环境，构建高寒山地边境地区车辆装备保障力量总体布局，以期为高寒山地边境地区车辆装备保障建设提供参考。This paper elaborates the objectives and requirements of deepening the equipment support system reform, ana- lyzes the deficiencies of vehicle equipment support of border region of high-frigid mountainous in the existing support sys- tem,based on the vehicle equipment regionalization support mode, builds the overall layout of vehicle equipment support force of border region of high-frigid mountainous based on the geography environment, provides reference for the construc- tion of vehicle equipment support of border region of high-frigid mountainous.
