反恐维稳行动汽车运输防卫对策研究

摘　　要：以提高军队应对多种安全威胁、完成多样化军事任务能力的精神为指导，针对未来反恐维稳行动汽车运输保障面临的困难、防卫的特点及对防卫作战的要求，提出相应的防卫对策，以提高汽车运输部（分）队的防护能力、生存能力和防卫作战能力，从而保证反恐维稳行动中汽车运输安全，顺利完成运输保障任务。To improve troops to cope with various security threats and accomplish diversified military tasks, the power of the spirit of instructions as a guide, aiming at difficulty of the dimensional stability of motor transport safeguard action against terrorism, the characteristics of defense and the demands of defense, the effective measures of defense, this paper puts for- ward several countermeasures on how to improve the transportation of the protective ability, survival ability and defense a- bility, guarantee safe transport in maintenance stability against terrorism action, successfully complete transportation securi- ty task.
