摘　　要：目前军队院校导师制的实施还处在探索阶段，从运行管理上看，存在运行定位不明确、组织体系不健全、运行机制不完善的问题。在此基础上，从系统的观点出发探讨军队院校实行导师制的常态、规范、有效的运行管理模式，深入分析其运行管理组织体系及运行机制。The operation of tutorial system applied to military academies is in the course of exploration. Based on the analy- sis of operation problems, including the vague definition of operation, unsound organization system and unperfected opera- tion mechanism,this paper presents a normal, criterion and effective operation pattern of tutorial system, and analyzes the operation organization architecture and operation mechanism of this operation pattern.
