摘 要:目的:介绍兔肝VX2瘤模型的制作方法及经验;同时探讨3.0TMR在监测兔肝VX2瘤生长特性方面的价值。方法:新西兰大白兔23只随机分为3组,采用开腹直视下瘤块接种法,于接种后14d、28d及42d分别行3.0TMR常规序列、DWI检查并与病理结果对照。结果:16只实验兔发现瘤灶,成瘤率70%;14d组的VX2瘤体积较小,以28d组与42d组瘤体显示更为清晰,瘤体最大直径约2.5~5.0cm。常规3.0TMRI图像上,T1WI所有VX2瘤均呈稍低信号,14d组T2WI呈均匀稍高信号、28d组与42d组T2WI部分呈不均匀稍高信号。DWI图像上所有VX2瘤均呈明显高信号,28d组与42d组的肿瘤中心可见斑片状低信号。结论:开腹直视下瘤块接种法成瘤率偏低,易受外界多种因素的影响;3.0TMRDWI在监测VX2瘤的生长特性方面具有重要价值。Objective: To introduce the method and experience of preparing rabbit liver VX2 tumor model, and explore the value of 3.0T MR in monitoring the rabbit liver VX2 tumor growth characterlstics.Method: Twenty-three New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into three groups.The VX2 tumor tissues were implanted into the left liver after laparotomy.14 days, 28 days and 42 days after the VX2 tumor tissues implanted, conventional 3.0 T MR sequences and DW[ were performed, checked with pathological findings.Result: Sixteen rabbits were found tumor in its livers.The tumor formation rate was 70%.14 days VX2 tumors were smaller than those in 28 days group and 42 days group.The latter showed more clearly.The tumor's maximum diameter were about 2.5-5.0 cm.Conventional MRI images, all VX2 tumor showed slightly low signal on T1WI.14 days group showed even slightly higher signal on T2WI, most of 28 days group and 42 days group showed uneven slightly higher signal.All VX2 tumors showed significantly higher signal on DWI maps, 28 days and 42 days group VX2 tumor showed patchy low signal at the center.Conclusion: Open look straight into the tumor mass inoculation into rate is low, vulnerable to external influence of many factors.3.0 T MR DWI has great value in monitoring the VX2 tumor growth characteristics.
