摘 要:交流电机无速度传感器矢量控制既保持了矢量控制的优良特性,又克服了速度传感器带来的不利影响,是实现低成本、高可靠性和高性能交流调速系统的有效途径。对以自适应观测器为基础的感应电机无速度传感器矢量控制系统进行研究,建立了感应电机转速自适应全阶磁链观测器模型,设计出以估算转速实现闭环控制的无速度传感器矢量控制系统,以TMS320F2810 DSP为控制核心进行了物理实验,并与基于电压电流混合模型的无速度矢量控制方案进行了比较,实验结果表明该控制系统性能良好,具有更高的稳速精度。Speed sensorless vector control of AC motor not only maintains the excellent performance of vector control,but also overcomes the adverse effects of speed sensor,so it is a promising way to realize low-cost,high reliability and high performance AC speed regulation system.Speed sensorless vector control system of induction motor based on adaptive observer was studied.An adaptive full-order flux observer model of induction motor was built,and speed sensorless vector control system was designed with the estimated speed for closed-loop control.Physical experiment was done with TMS320F2810 DSP as the core of control system,a comparison with another sensorless method which based on voltage-current model was made,the results of which show good performance of the control system and higher accuracy of speed control.
