摘  要:目的:建立测定芦笋中硒含量的方法。方法:采用硝酸-高氯酸微波消解后,在铁氰化钾-盐酸体系中,选用最佳氢化物发生原子荧光法测定条件,采用标准曲线法定量分析。结果:该法线性范围为0-0.8μg/mL,检出限为0.024μg/mL,回收率为96.7-103.3%,相对标准偏差为1.28%。结论:本方法简单、准确,适用于芦笋中硒的含量测定。Objective: To establish the content determination of selenium in Asparagus officinalis Linn with hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG-AFS). Method: After asparagus officinalis Linn was digested in nitric acid and perchloric acid with microwave digestion, the best determination condi- tion was selected, selenium was determined in ferricyanide potassium and hydrochloric acid, and quantitative analysis was acquired by standard-curve. Result: The linear range was 0-0.8μg/mL, and its monitoring limit was 0.02μg/mL. Recovery rate was 96.7-103.3%, and its relative standard deviation was 1.28%. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate, and it's suitable to determine the selenium in Asparagus of- ficinalis Linn.trometry
