摘  要:为了实现复合材料定向管设计研发过程中仿真分析的自动化,引入ABAQUS参数化二次开发技术,利用专用的python语言,定制人性化输入界面,通过输入和改变其相应参数,即可建立对应的模型,避免了重复建模,提高了效率。另外,对于仿真后处理过程关注的模态提取问题,编制了相应的程序和界面,实现需求模态的自动输出和保存。该二次开发方法可以有效提高仿真过程的自动化程度,减小定向管研发周期,在工程应用方面具有较大的参考价值。The parametrical Second-developed ABAQUS technology is introduced in order to real- ize the automation of simulation analysis which is used during the design and research of directed pipe. By using of special python language tablished by inputting and changing it customizes user-friendly input interface. The model can be es- the corresponding parameters which avoid duplication of modeling and improve efficiency. By preparation of the corresponding procedures and interface it realize the auto output and save of the required mode which is concerned during simulation post-processing. This Sec- ond-developed method can effectively improve the automation of simulation and reduce the develop and research cycle which has great reference value in the application of engineering.
