摘　　要：大学生科技创新活动是指大学生群体在国家有关部门和学校的组织引导下,依靠教师的指导帮助,利用课余时间自主开展的一种科技学术活动,为在校大学生们提供了提高他们的创新能力的途径,为由学知识向有能力之间的转化建立了一个有效的平台。对扩大大学生知识面、追踪科学技术的最新成果、提高大学生综合素质、培养大学生的实践能力和创新精神有着重要的意义。电子科技大学作为一所以电子信息为主的工科院校,在多年的创新人才培养过程中,不断摸索、总结,构建了具有"普适性"的大学生科技创新活动体系,并取得了显著效果。Scientific and technological innovation activity of college students has great significance to expand their knowledge.The activity tracks the latest achievements of science and technology,improves the overall quality of students,and trains students practical ability and innovative spirit.University of Electronic Science and Technology of China as an electronic information-based engineering college,in the years of innovation and personnel training process,continues to explore,summarize,build a ＂ universal＂ technological and innovation system for college students,and achieves significant effects.
