摘　　要：针对传统教师教育实训课程存在的职业技能训练"理论化"、教学模式"大学化"等问题,结合创建省级实验教学示范中心的具体实践和探索,详细阐述了实验教学示范中心如何构建以师范生能力为核心的教师教育实训体系,如何通过加强校内职业技能训练、创建校外发展共同体学校等多样化形式,打造师范特色的实训平台,从而显著提高我校师范生的就业核心竞争力的具体做法。This essay aims at existing problems of the traditional teachers＇ training courses.It combines the exploration and practice of establishment of the provincial experiential teaching demonstration center in our school.It states,in the experiential teaching demonstration center,how to establish the teachers＇ educational training system to focus on the ability of the normal school students,how to creat the training terrace of normal features,These measures increase the competition of the normal school students.
