DHGF集成法在高校实验室安全管理评价中的应用

摘　　要：针对高校实验室安全管理现状,以安全管理的6个功能因子为评价指标,运用DHGF集成法,将高校实验室安全管理定性与定量信息、安全管理现状信息与专家咨询意见有机的结合起来,构成目标评价体系,对高校实验室的安全管理水平整体进行综合评价。DHGF集成法是根据从定性到定量综合集成理论和物理—事理—人理方法论提出的,将改进的Delphi法、层次分析法、灰色关联法、模糊评判法综合集成的一种算法,此法结合了这几种方法的优点,抵消彼此的不足,增加了评价的准确性。Facing on current status of the safety management of laboratories in universities,and taking six aspects of safety management as evaluation indexes,the author integrates quality and quantity information of safety management,current status of safety management and exports consultant opinions into an evaluation system.By using DHGF integration method,the degree of safety management of laboratories in universities can be comprehensively evaluated.According to the theory of meta-synthesis methodology from qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis and methodology of Wuli-Shili-Renli,DHGF method is presented by combining the improved Delphi method,levels analysis method,grey associated method,and fuzzy evaluation method.This method has the advantages of the above several methods,offsets weakness each other,and increases the accuracy of assessment.
