地方普通高校学生学习动力的制度影响分析及对策研究  

System Impact Analysis and Countermeasure Research on the Learning Motivation of Local Ordinary University Students

摘  要:以北京联合大学3 650名本科学生为被试对象,研究了地方普通高校学生学习动力的特点,结果表明:1)总体上,主动式学习显著高于被动式学习,且随着年级、性别、家庭背景、生源地的不同呈现不同特点;2)随着年级的增长,学生对自我的期许减弱,但是在大四出现升高;3)随着学习时间增多,对自我的期许、被动式学习和主动式学习意愿相应增加;4)学习成绩正面影响对自我的期许和主动式学习意愿,负面影响被动式学习意愿。分析了形成原因,最后提出了关于制度建设方面的对策。Take 3650 undergraduate students from Beijing Union University as the subjects, the characteristics of the local ordinary universities students'learning motivation is studied, and the results show that: 1 ) in general, the motivation of active learning is significantly higher than that of passive learning, and with different features from different grades, gender, family background and origin of students; 2) with the growth of grade, students' self-expectation is weakened, but it increases in the senior; 3 ) with the learning time increases, the self- expectation, passive learning and active learning will increase; 4) academic record has positive impacts on self- expectation and active learning attitude, but it has negative impacts on the passive learning intention negatively. The causes is analyzed, and the countermeasures about the construction of system is finally put forward.
